As the\u00a0VP, Product Marketing & Business\u00a0Development\u00a0you will report directly to the Tana CEO and be a key member of our\u00a0management\u00a0team. You will\u00a0be responsible for\u00a0leading\u00a0and developing\u00a0Tana\u2019s product marketing and business development functions, driving strategic growth and portfolio leadership.\u00a0Together with your team you\u00a0actively track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, as well as develop\u00a0and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions,\u00a0Additionally, you will develop strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market presence and drive business growth.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Important part of your responsibilities will be to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, both organic and through M&A, to support Tana\u2019s long-term objectives. We are looking for a candidate with proven leadership experience in product management\/product marketing and business development, preferably in heavy equipment business area. You have a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, product lifecycle management and market analysis. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Experience in M&A process, including strategic analysis, negotiation, and integration is also needed. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical functions are essential, as well as strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities. A master’s degree in a relevant field of technology and\/or business is required, EMBA or similar degree is an advantage.
