You work closely with dealers, logistics partners, and internal teams to maintain efficient daily operations and deliver excellent customer experience.<\/p>\n<p>In this position, you coordinate and process spare parts orders from dealers, service partners, and country organizations, ensuring that each order is accurate, complete, and handled on time. You maintain continuous communication with dealers by responding to questions about spare part availability, order status, deliveries, and other related topics. You also work closely with warehouse and logistics partners to secure smooth and timely deliveries.<\/p>\n<p>When technically complex or exceptional cases arise, you collaborate with the Customer &amp; Product Support team to identify the right solutions. In addition, you support dealers with spare part identification, ordering processes, and the use of digital tools. You also assist the sales function with tender responses and customer inquiries. You are able to read technical drawings and manuals and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You approach work in a structured and solution\u2011oriented way and have a genuine interest in improving processes and ways of working.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, you are motivated by delivering excellent service and helping daily operations run smoothly in a fast\u2011paced environment. You enjoy solving problems, communicating clearly, and working systematically, even when handling multiple priorities at the same time.<\/p>\n<p>You have a relevant educational background in business, logistics, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with international trade is considered an advantage.
