Manager, Nordics & Baltics
We are now looking for an experienced recycling business professional to lead Tana Rental operations across Finland and Baltics. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing machine sales and rental business profitability, planning and organizing field technical services, and building solutions to maximize customer value.
In addition to ensuring Tana Rental’s current business runs smoothly, you will have a key role in building and developing Tana’s Nordic business according to our strategy. You make sure sales, rental and aftersales field services are operating efficiently and customer needs are met. Together with your team you also participate in our global application projects.
Expectations for background:
- We expect you to have a strong understanding and experience in working in the recycling business.
- You have proven experience in achieving sales goals and growing revenue, preferably in a technical business environment.
- You have leadership experience, and you know how to empower your team to achieve its goals.
- Since we operate in a truly international environment, you can work efficiently in both Finnish and English, any of the Nordics (Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish) languages is an advantage.
- This role involves travel, so we expect you to be ready for this as well.
