      Our recruitment process


      You can apply for any vacancy listed on our Jobs -page. Applications should be sent by e-mail to Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

      1st interview

      Our HR team and the relevant managers go through the application as they arrive, and invite applicants with the most potential to the initial interview. During the initial interview, we will discuss the experience and qualifications of the applicant. The interview covers the skills required for the job, and the applicant’s overall suitability to the organization.

      2nd interview

      Applicants who are shortlisted after the initial interview are invited to a follow-up interview.

      Suitability assessment

      We use suitability assessments as part of the recruitment process, to which the final 1-3 candidates are invited. The assessment criteria are chosen according to the specific requirements of the job in question, and the organization’s wishes in terms of the qualities of the candidate. The aim is to assess the compatibility of the candidate with the job and organization.

      Final selection

      All applicants are notified either by e-mail or phone once the final selection has been made. The duration of the application process may vary for a number of reasons, but rest assured, we will notify each and every applicant personally.
