Tana Oy is updating its purchase invoice receiving process. We kindly ask our partners to update the new email address in their systems for submitting PDF invoices.

New invoicing address:
purchaseinvoices@tana.fi

The new address is effective immediately, and we kindly ask that all purchase invoices submitted by email be sent to this address from August 12, 2026, onwards.

The current scanning address will be discontinued on 1 September 2026. After this date, invoices sent to the old address may not be processed, and the sender will receive an automatic notification that the address is no longer in use.

Instructions for submitting invoices

• Please send invoices as email attachments.
• The recommended file format is PDF; PNG and JPEG files are also accepted.
• The maximum combined size of the email and attachments is 25 MB.
• Password-protected or encrypted PDF files cannot be processed.
• The recommended resolution for scanned invoices is at least 200 DPI.
