Which TANA shredders qualify for the extended warranty?
The extended warranty is available only for new TANA shredders. Specifically, it applies to both TANA Hammerhead and TANA Shark models.
I already have a TANA shredder. Can I get an extended warranty for it?
No. This campaign applies exclusively to new TANA shredders sold during campaign year 2026.
How long does the TANA shredder extended warranty last?
The extended warranty is valid for up to three years or 3,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.
When does the extended warranty start?
The warranty starts when the machine is put into operation, including demo use. Demo hours count toward the warranty period. The warranty period begins no later than 6 months after the machine has left the Tana factory.
Is there a limit on operating hours?
Yes. The extended warranty covers a maximum of 3,000 operating hours or three years, whichever occurs first.
What’s included?
The extended warranty follows the same terms and conditions as Tana’s standard warranty, only with a longer warranty period. Accordingly, and in line with Tana’s current warranty terms, coverage may include, for example, parts, labour, liquids, consumables, and freight. consumables, and freight.
