Changing the narrative of pre-shredding

TANA Multi Waste Buckets are an innovative, accessible alternative to traditional pre‑shredders. They integrate easily into existing operations, offering plug‑and‑play installation with no drain line and fast setup for most wheel loaders and material handlers. By bringing pre‑shredding directly into the loading phase, the TANA MWB simplifies workflows, reduces equipment needs, lowers fuel and maintenance costs, and minimizes unnecessary material handling.

Built for uptime and throughput

Continuous, high-capacity shredding engineered for real-world waste. The TANA MWB’s bi-directional, multi-axle design and powerful cutting system are built to resist wrapping, while the speed difference between axles helps keep material moving. Smart maintenance features, an open design, on-machine manual sharpening (angle grinder), and built-in bearing protection help reduce downtime. For long service life, the heavy-duty drivetrain combines dual motors with double chain transmission. In addition, and wear parts are quick to swap thanks to quick-change axles and freely sliding knives and sleeves.

Pre-shredding that changes how the whole site operates

Field experience has shown that integrating pre-shredding into the loading phase can streamline site operations.

Customers have seen immediate benefits in terms of reduced transport needs, smoother material flow, and less downtime in downstream equipment. The ability to pre-process waste on the spot changes how efficiently the whole site can operate.
